  • What is the return/exchange policy?

No returns or exchanges are possible.

Please note that all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. By completing a purchase on our website, you acknowledge and agree to this No Return / No Exchange Policy.

Our store operates under a dropshipping model. This means:

    • We do not hold any inventory or stock.
    • Each product is made, packaged, and shipped directly from our third-party suppliers or manufacturers at the time of purchase.
    • Orders are custom-fulfilled specifically for you upon payment confirmation.

Because of this fulfillment model, we are unable to accept returns or offer exchanges once an order is processed.

This policy applies to all orders worldwide, regardless of your country or region of residence.
We work with international suppliers and shipping partners, and due to differences in logistics, customs, and fulfillment regulations, returning items across borders is not feasible.

  • Can I cancel an order?

Because our fulfillment partners begin processing orders immediately after purchase, cancellations are not possible once an order has been submitted. Please ensure that all information — including product details, shipping address, and payment method — is correct before finalizing your order.

  • Who will be responsible for customs, duties & import taxes?

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. Please check your country’s import regulations before placing an order.
